Run, Jump, Throw


This week we had our first session of Run, Jump, Throw with Andy.  We were learning about different techniques you could when you are sprinting.  First we had a game of "octopus" to warm us up.  Then we learnt to look ahead, stand tall, light feet, bent elbow, and cheek to cheek when running.

  1. Another great lesson with Andy today Mahdia. I think the way we are learning to think about how we use our bodies to help us run faster and jump higher is really interesting. Which part did you find hardest to do?
