Food Diary/Food Group Tally

This is my food diary/food group tally.
We had to keep a food diary for a week when 1 week was done we had to do a tally.  
After the tally we had to create a a graph.  Then we had see what we ate the most and what we ate the less and say what you need to eat and what you have o eat less.
